As soon as an individual retains assistance from my firm, they can begin the process of recovering family values and rebuild a family dynamic, even if situations have entirely changed. At Jewett & Associates, P.C., my purpose is to make sure that families remain in fellowship, no matter what their situation involves. Juvenile & Criminal
When a person's child or a family member is facing criminal charges, we know that affects the entire family and not just that person. Our juvenile and criminal defense practice focuses on helping good people out of a bad situation. Often times, a person is faced with jail time for a crime that they did not commit or the punishment being sought for a crime does not fit the crime. We are not lawyers that just say "Okay" to what a prosecutor offers--instead we fight for clients all the way to trial if necessary.
Civil Litigation
Facing a death in the family or suffering a catastrophic injury as a result of the negligence of someone else is something that we do not wish on anyone--however, if it happens, you want a firm that is not in it for their money; you want a firm that will see you as a person and fight for what is best for you because at the end of the day, you are the person most hurt, facing a life changing situation. We care about our clients and it shows in the way we represent each and everyone.
